Security Assessment-Phase 1

Knowing where your facility is secure and where it can be breached is key to providing a secure environment. Sempara will tour your facility with you and provide guidance on emergency preparedness and give in depth detail on where your strengths and weaknesses are. We will also walk you through today’s threats and how they could affect you. At the end of the tour, you will have a clear view of where you can improve your overall site security.

Safety and Security Presentation-Phase 2

After our tour of your facility, we create a custom package to present to all of your employees. In a classroom environment we will share the national standard for active threat response as well as how your facility can be used properly to increase the chance of survival if an emergency event occurs on your site. This presentation concludes with a question and answer debrief to make sure that all of your employees are on the same page.

Reality Based Scenario Training-Phase 3

We create a mock emergency at your facility. Active shooter/threat, emergency medical situation, or mass casualty event, to name a few. Our scenario will put into action the training you received during the safety/security presentation. We will provide the role players, props, and sound effects to make it as real as possible to help you overcome the specific threat. The training concludes with a complete debrief and walk through of how the scenario unfolded and how your staff responded.

Emergency Medical Skills Training

Let our team walk you through basic emergency medical techniques that can save lives in minutes. AED use, CPR technique, and tourniquet placement can all be effective in under 60 seconds when properly applied. These simple, but important skills will help build confidence in your staff that they can be the difference some one needs.

Personal/Home Safety

Let Sempara walk you through ways to stay aware of your surroundings. Our SAFE system is an easy way for you to check-in with yourself and your family to make sure you know what to do if you need to react quickly. SAFE keeps you and your family ready to react while at work, home, or where ever your life takes you. SAFE can be adapted to those from all different ages/backgrounds, kids can use it and still be kids!
